at the Spiritual Spa Weekend
Opt in to activities from musical relaxation and one to one listening sessions to mindful movement and contemplation. Or opt out to take the chance for some silent reflection in our Soaking Space and enjoy the grounds and surrounds of Westwood. It will be a treat for the senses, an opportunity to connect and rest in the presence of peace.
The day is aimed at people who are at any stage on their journey, faith is an inspiration, not a requirement.
Food and refreshments provided will be naturally nourishing for the body.
The weekend starts Friday evening and the cost is £100 including 2 nights accommodation, refreshments, Saturday lunch and one 30 minute treatment – please let us know any requirements you have.
Bedding can be provided at an additional cost of £5.
Pre-booking by 27th April is essential.
