Westwood is an ideal venue for church weekends away, family gatherings and corporate events for groups of between 20 and 50 people.
Whole Centre Bookings
Taking a whole centre booking means that your party has exclusive use of Westwood Christian Centre enabling you to tailor-make your weekend away to your own specific requirements. Contact us for the cost of hiring the whole centre or to discuss your requirements further.
The Hall
The Hall is all yours when you book the whole centre. It's the perfect space for the whole group to gather. The hall boasts a large, well-equipped kitchen which can cater for groups of up to 50 people. The Hall can also be used for overnight accommodation in the form of bunk-style sleeping on a mezzanine floor. There are two separate shower rooms, each with a toilet.
The Meeting Place
The Meeting Place is a breakout/prayer room separate to the hall with seating available for up to 15. It's often used by guests as a space for contemplation, reading and prayer. A tea station and WC can be accessed close by.
AMENITIES
5 self-contained flats
5 flats of varying sizes, with a total sleeping capacity of 22. All flats have their own kitchen and bathrooms.
Overflow accomodation in the hall
Extra ‘bunk-style’ sleeping space is available in the hall for up to 10 people. Ideal for youth groups, although children must be accompanied by an adult at all times..
Upright piano
An upright piano is available in the Hall. It's there to be played and we love hearing joyful sounds coming from the Hall!
Beautiful location
The centre is perched at the top of The Colne Valley with stunning views looking out. Spend time in Westwood’s own gardens or put on your walking boots and explore the valley!
Internet Access
WiFi is available (connectivity may vary due to the old thick walls).
Large Lawn
Access to the grounds, perfect for BBQ or lawn games.
